Meet the Pennys
Jon and Kim moved to Durango in 2002 after getting married in their hometown of Lawrence, KS.
They met at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where Kim attended on a cheerleading scholarship and Jon graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering while playing football for the Huskers from ’97-’01.
Upon moving to Durango, Jon took a job with Bechtolt Engineering and Kim graduated from Fort Lewis College with a degree in Business Administration, while working in the marketing department at Bank of Colorado.
They enjoy being a part of Prudential Triple S Realty and their “Rock Solid” reputation. Their combination of engineering and business backgrounds coupled with their work ethic and professional approach to real estate create a dynamic team.
In their free time, they enjoy cycling, skiing, snowshoeing, hiking and fly-fishing. In addition, they are active participants in their church, First Baptist Church of Durango.
